“You can expect Paul to be here [next season], yeah.”Solskjaer had even hinted Pogba would have made himself available for United’s game with Tottenham, which was due to be played on Sunday.“I had a nice conversation with him the other day and I don’t think he’d be against it if I asked him,” he said. Regarding Rashford, and the England international’s own chances of featuring again this season have been boosted by the league’s postponement. Massage therapy is all the rage now – there’s Thai massage, Korean massage, Asian massage, Asian spas, hand and stone massage. What is the best massage? Well the type of massage is completely up to the individual. But it can help with stretching and mobility. Today’s video focuses on Shiatsu massage. It is a traditional for of Japanese massage therapy that has been used for centuries using trigger points throughout your body not only to release tight muscles but to also help heal some health issues. It can aide in not only identifying but also treating a wide range of issues including stomach problems, menopause, intestine problems, headaches and so many other ailments.
On a trip to Japan, I visited my Shiatsu massage therapist Megumi Okubo. She uses a combination of trigger point therapy and stretching to relax and heal the body. I have been going to her for a few years now – every time I visit Tokyo. She teaches us a few techniques on self-Shiatsu – trigger points that we can use ourselves!
